Do I need to be vaccinated for COVID-19 to purchase a Primus VIP Ticket Experience and attend the event?
In the best interest of fans and staff, the Event Organizer will continue to monitor local COVID-19 trends and meet or exceed protocols mandated by local governments. By purchasing tickets to this event, you agree to abide by the health and safety measures in effect at the time of the event, which may include wearing masks, providing proof of vaccination status and/or providing proof of negative COVID-19 test. Please be sure to include as much information when submitting your request so we can ensure you have proper accommodations. All ADA requests will be processed in the order they are received and dependent on availability.
For accessible seating requests at the show, availability and type of accessible seating tickets will vary based on each venue’s availability. Once your request is received, we will go over all available options.
Can I use my 100x package for a promotional giveaway?

Our VIP Packages
How do I place my order?
All Primus VIP Experiences must be purchased online. Pre-sale tickets will go on sale on Wednesday, March 26 at 10am local and will not require a password or code to purchase. After you click “Lucky Bastard VIP” or “Fat Bastard Front Row Super VIP” next to your desired date, city and venue, you will be directed to our ticketing partners to make and finalize your order.
Is there an age restriction for the Primus VIP Experiences?
The age policy varies by venue, but most shows are open to all ages. Please check your local event venue’s website for more information.
Can I choose either a Premium Reserved seat or General Admission ticket for the Primus VIP Experience?
Guests will have the opportunity to select either a Premium Reserved seat or General Admission ticket depending on the venue. Be sure to confirm you are purchasing your preferred ticket type.
What is a General Admission ticket?
General Admission (GA) are tickets that allow entry to the event with no seats assigned to them. With a general admission ticket, you may be given a specific area to sit or stand in, but you won’t have a specific seat reserved for you. Primus VIP Experience tickets include early entry to the venue which allows GA guests to have first access to the venue.
What is a Premium Reserved ticket?
A Premium Reserved ticket is an assigned seat. During the purchase process, you will see the location of your Premium Reserved seat prior to completing your order.
If I purchase a Platinum ticket, is that the same as VIP?
Platinum tickets are not VIP tickets. Platinum tickets do not include access to the VIP amenities or areas at the venue. Please be mindful when completing your purchase, and be sure to use the filter feature on the ticket provider’s website so you purchase the correct VIP package.
Is there a ticket purchase limit?
Yes, there is a 6 ticket limit for VIP tickets.
How will I receive my Primus VIP Experience tickets for the show?
Primus VIP Experience purchasers will see ticket delivery options during the purchase process. Ticket delivery methods vary from venue to venue.
When will I receive information about VIP check-in?
More information and further instructions including check-in location and schedule will be emailed to the purchaser, at the email used for purchase, 5-7 days before the event. These details may vary per show depending on the artist and venue schedules.
How will I receive my merchandise included in the package?
All merchandise will be distributed at the 100x VIP check-in on the day of the show and must be picked up then!
Please note we cannot ship merchandise before or after the show.
Where can I keep my merchandise during the show?
There is no onsite storage for guest merchandise. Guests will need to keep merchandise on their person, or leave it at their seat at their own discretion. 100x is not liable for any misplaced merchandise.
Is the exclusive pre-show Q&A also a meet & greet?
No, the Primus VIP Experience pre-show is NOT a Meet & Greet; therefore, you will not be permitted to bring in personal items to be signed by the band. If you arrive with such items, we’ll ask that you return them to your vehicle or have them held at the VIP check-in table until after the Q&A pre-show is complete. We appreciate your cooperation here!
Is parking included in the Primus VIP Experiences?
Primus VIP Experiences tickets do not include parking. Please check your local event venue’s website for more information regarding venue parking.
Is there a bag policy?
Bag policies vary from venue to venue. Please check your local event venue’s website for more information on their bag policy.
What if my plans change and I no longer want my purchased Primus VIP Experience?
All Primus VIP Experience tickets are non-refundable. Please refer to our Purchase Policy for more details.
